Dale earned his J.D. Degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1985.  Prior to starting his own practice with the assistance of long-time Holly attorney, Robert A. McKenney, Dale worked two years for the Legal Services of Eastern Michigan and one year as a law clerk for the 51st District Court in Waterford, MI.  He practices primarily in Oakland, Genesee, Lapeer, Shiawassee, Livingston, Tuscola, Macomb and Wayne Counties.  He is licensed in federal court and has handled cases in the Eastern District of Michigan, both in Flint and in Detroit.  He also appeared many times in the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Dale is a long time member of the Michigan High School Athletic Association, having officiated football for over 30 years and including handling more than a dozen playoff games.
